Regolamento Premio AirgunsItaly

Siamo lieti di annunciare e presentare il primo concorso "AirGunsItaly.
Premio per il vincitore del concorso: un compressore progettato e costruito da Carlo5.

Il concorso summenzionato soggiace alle seguenti condizioni:

1) E' possibile partecipare sia con progetti di carattere teorico (disegni, schemi tecnici, ecc) che con modelli/prototipi già realizzati.
2) Sono ammessi anche progetti/modelli/prototipi già presentati alla comunità di AirGunsItaly, purché riportino sostanziali modifiche/migliorie rispetto a quanto già esistente.
3) I progetti/modelli/prototipi, dovranno essere pubblicati nella sezione più adeguata (Attrezzature Materiali Prodotti, Tuning Master, ecc), e dovrà poi esserne comunicata la pubblicazione
mediante un post da aprire in questa sezione, che riporterà al link originale (es: Post "Compensatore" contenente il link al post che sarà invece pubblicato in "Tuning Master")
4) Il concorso è ufficialmente aperto dal giorno 8/10/2010 e si concluderà il giorno 7/10/2011. Alla chiusura del concorso, trascorreranno ulteriori 30 giorni per le votazioni, al fine di decretare il
vincitore.
5) Alla chiusura della votazione, in caso di Ex aequo, la stessa verrà prorogata di ulteriori 15 giorni, al fine d'individuare un solo vincitore.
6) Ogni iscritto potrà esprimere uno e solo un voto.

Note generali:

1) Le spese di spedizioni sono parte integrante del premio, tuttavia, ove il vincitore risultasse residente fuori dai confini Italiani, dovrà farsi carico di tali spese.
2) In caso di progetti innovativi, potenzialmente sfruttabili commercialmente, invitiamo *caldamente* gli autori a porre in essere quanto necessario per tutelare legalmente i diritti su quanto presentato.
2a) La tutela di cui al punto 2 è a cura dell'autore, che postando il suo progetto accetta e s'impegna fino da ora a manlevare AirGunsItaly ed il suo staff da qualsivoglia contenzioso legale e/o economico.
3) I progetti presentati non dovranno per nessuna ragione violare brevetti o diritti ad altri legalmente attribuiti.
4) I progetti Italiani, modelli/prototipi presentati devono rispettare la vigente normativa italiana in materia di armi. Sarà quindi proibito la pubblicazione di qualsivoglia modifica che vada a violare tali leggi (potenziamenti illeciti, modifiche illegali a parti di armi, ecc).

Se qualcuno degli amici del forum è iscritto o frequenta forum stranieri, farebbe cosa molta gradita nel pubblicizzare questo evento, allargando la partecipazione a quante più persone possibile,
cosi da ampliare le conoscenze nel nostro forum a beneficio di tutti gli iscritti.

AirgunsItaly Prize Rules.

We are pleased to announce and present the first "AirGunsItaly Contest “
Prize for the winner of the contest:a compressor designed and built by Carlo5.
.

The above contest is subject to the following conditions:

1) It is possible to participate in both, theoretical projects (drawings, technical
schemes, etc.) and with models / prototypes already made.
2) They are also permitted, projects / models / prototypes already presented to the
AirGunsItaly community , provided that brings substantial changes / improvements
in comparison to how much already existing.
3) Projects / models / prototypes, should be published in the most appropriate
section (Equipment Materials Products, Tuning Master, etc.) and will then be
notified of the publication through a post to be opened in this section that links
back to the original link (eg Post "compensator" container the link to the post that
will be published in " Tuning Master ”)
4) The competition is officially open from the 08 October .2010 and will end on
07 October 2011. At the end of the Contest , they will spend further 30 days for
the votes, with the purpose to decree the winner.
5) To the closing of the vote, in case of Ex aequo, the same one will be postponed of
further 15 days with the purpose to individualize a winner only.
6) Every affiliate can express one and only a vote.

General notes:

1) The shipping cost are integral part of the prize, nevertheless, where the winner
resulted resident out of the Italian borders, he/she have to pay such shipping
taxes.
2) In case of innovative projects, commercially potentially exploitable we invite,
* warmly * the authors to set in and to do how much necessary to legally protect
the rights on their product.
2a)The guardianship of which to the point 2 is full responsibility by the author, that
posting his/her project accepts and it hocks him thin from now to indemnify
AirGunsItaly and his staff from every legal contentious and/ or economic .
3) The introduced projects must not, for any reason to violate brevets or rights to
others legally attributed.


If someone of the friends of our forum is affiliate or he frequents foreign forum,
it will be more than welcome to advertise this event and to expand the participation of this contest to as many people as possible, in order to widen the knowledges of our forum for the benefit of all members.
